Refund Policy

This policy explains our billing, cancellation, and refund practices for ZifyBot.ai services.

1. Subscriptions

ZifyBot.ai provides subscription-based AI calling services. All subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise in this policy.

2. Free Trials

If offered, free trials automatically convert to paid subscription plans unless canceled before the trial period ends. Users are responsible for managing trial cancellations.

3. Exceptional Refunds

Refunds may be considered within seven (7) days of payment only in cases of complete system failure directly caused by ZifyBot.ai. Refund eligibility is determined at our sole discretion.

4. No Refunds

No refunds will be provided for misuse of the platform, violations of policies, account suspensions, termination, or dissatisfaction with results or performance.

5. Cancellation

Subscriptions may be canceled at any time. Upon cancellation, access to the services will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
